Welding process of waterproof bag
We employ precise sealing welding technology, combined with high-strength waterproof fabric, to ensure that the product is seamless and leak-proof. It has passed international authoritative certifications such as SGS, ISO, CE and BSCI, and has reliable quality. The waterproof performance is outstanding, reaching IPX6 level (resistant to strong water jets), IPX7 level (resistant to short-term immersion) and IPX8 level (continuous underwater immersion). It is not afraid of harsh environments and fully protects the safety and dryness of the items inside the package.
Materials for waterproof bags
- PVC: Excellent waterproof performance, durable and long-lasting, affordable price, making it popular in small-scale markets
- TPU: Strong waterproof performance, suitable for use in harsh environments, environmentally friendly and non-toxic, high transparency, suitable for designs requiring transparent windows, higher cost.
- Nylon: Usually in composite coating (TPU, PVC, PU), which enhances waterproof performance, lightweight fabric, medium price
