The waterproof rating of the cooler bag
The refrigeration bag has reached the waterproof standard of IPX7-8. The professional sealed zipper combined with waterproof fabric can completely prevent leakage and prevent air from entering. The bag is filled with nearly 2 inches thick closed-cell rubber foam inside, fully demonstrating its excellent heat insulation performance. It can even float completely in water, allowing you to travel without any hindrance.
Cooler bag food-grade fabric material
- Fabric: Made of high-strength TPU, nylon (coated) and other durable fabrics, it is tear-resistant, puncture-resistant and ensures long-lasting durability.
- Liner: Our cooler bags usually use food-grade safe fabrics (PEVA, TPU, aluminum foil), and you can choose to customize them as you wish.
- Usually, EPE foam or closed-cell foam is added inside the cooler bag to ensure that the temperature inside the bag remains constant for a certain period of time. The foam is filled between the outer fabric and the lining, although it does not directly come into contact with the food, it is safe and non-toxic. The thickness of the foam is usually 1-3 cm, and different thicknesses will also affect the duration of ice preservation.
